8. Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use implies agreement with such updates.

Service Conditions

• Listeners are trained for peer support, not clinical advice.
• All communication is done via WhatsApp.
• Users should not share sensitive documents or private credentials.
• Harassment or inappropriate behavior will lead to termination of service without a refund.
• This is not a crisis support platform. Users in emergencies should contact local authorities.
